Our construction team works with Pangea employees, contractors, architects, vendors, city officials, licensing and permitting entities, and many more to oversee and manage construction projects on properties Pangea has acquired, from budgeting to completion.
Finance & Acquisition
Finance & AcquisitionThe finance & acquisition teams evaluate possible properties to acquire, as well as debt transactions and assist in providing lenders with data necessary to complete purchases or debt transactions, analyze treads, and provide reporting on financials and other operational metrics.
MarketingOur marketing team promotes the Pangea brand, maintains and improves digital and print media, and coordinates our social media efforts, all as part of a marketing campaign designed to attract residents and investors.
The strategy and operations team analyzes and reports on current performance in all areas of the organization, using this information to provide process improvement and development to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Our contact center answers almost all incoming calls to Pangea Real Estate. It is divided into four teams: New Resident Support, Leasing, Resident Care, and Resident Retention. There are also quality control and quality assurance teams who work with management and reps taking calls to ensure that service to potential and current residents is top-notch.
Our property management team works in the field to take care of resident needs and Pangea properties on an ongoing basis. Each Property Manager is in charge of a group of buildings and is accountable for rents and expenses for those buildings. Leasing Agents provide showings for potential residents and work toward getting them to sign leases and join the Pangea family.
The legal team is in-house and provides full-service legal support to the entire organization, including ensuring compliance with building codes and fair housing regulations, addressing tenant concerns, and protecting landlord’s rights. In addition, the legal team supervises outside counsel and handles contract negotiations, acquisitions, and real estate finance.
The accounting team works with the rest of the organization to manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. They analyze and post vendor bills and tenant payments into Pangea’s systems and coordinate building/apartment utilities accounts, close out the financial books, reconcile bank accounts, and handle all banking transactions, making deposits as needed.
Our team of System Admins, Developers and Analysts are hard at work modernizing a truly outdated industry. From supplying free Wi-Fi to many of our residents to building automation software for business processes, our technology team is dedicated to revolutionizing the Real Estate industry with information technology.
HRThe Human Resources team is responsible for overseeing all things people related and provides support and guidance to the entire organization. HR is responsible for compensation, benefits administration and leaves, employee relations, performance management, policies & procedures, compliance with labor and employment standards, and working with managers on the overall employee experience. HR also partners with senior leadership to provide strategic and tactical input on organizational matters.
